Podere San Cristoforo

San Cristoforo 2011:
“A wine with blueberry and minerals with hints of dried flowers. Full body, with fine tannins and a beautiful structure. Extremely elegant yet structured. Gorgeous Petit Verdot. This may be THE grape variety for the Maremma in the future. Already approachable but much better to leave it in the cellar for at least four or five years.”

94 points – James Suckling

Tonight is the night where mouth-watering Thai cuisine meets authentic Australian wine from the Dowie Doole vineyards of the land down under.

Check out this enticing menu!
