Liquid Assets Ltd and Lupa by Mario Batali, are delighted to invite you to an evening of exceptional Piedmontese fine wines from Cavallotto, paired with an extensive and intricate menu.

Cavallotto is a family-run vineyard of over five generations, continuing the work of Giacomo Cavallotto and the wine-making of Giuseppe Marcello, with devotion to quality winemaking and cultivation of land. To this day, the estate continues producing top quality DOC and DOCG wines that gain much accolade.
